Get pop up "NetPanzer cannot be opened because of a problem" Running OS X 10.10.5
I guess this message is coming from your OS. Does it provide you with any other, more detailed messages ? If so, please let us know. "a problem" could be anything.

I am not an expert and I don't have a Mac but I guess your best chance is to install wine for Mac OS (https://wiki.winehq.org/MacOSX) and try to run the Windows version of netpanzer with that, as this trick works pretty well in Linux.
It would be nice then to let us know if it worked.
I am no expert but wine didn't seem to work for me. However, I will keep on trying modifying it and reply if I find a solution. There is a nice guide for other good mac-solutions that I use sometimes here.
