"Killer-rate Filter" » To keep up the Rankings clean: PLayer with a Killer-rate more than 4:x will be temporary banned from the Ranking.
Normally, when you start playing netPanzer as a registered member for new (or at a new championship beginning at the 1st of each month), your killer-rate often is much more than 4:x. But if you still play on without faking, your killer-rate goes down very quickly then. It is our experience, that a killer-rate of 4:1 / 3:1 or less is realistic. So, if you are banned - if you are not listed in the Rankings, the reason is that your killer-rate is to high. Still play on in a fairly way and your killer-rate goes down to a realitic value and you will be listed in the Ranking again.

activity-rate, playerNames: I started collecting data on September, 16th in 2006 for the 1st time.
expert-rate, all kills, all losses: I started collecting data on October, 4th in 2006.
Between end of 2008 and May 2009 there was a pause, but i restarted collecting Data in May 2009.

activity-rate: it shows how often a player has joined netPanzer. Range: 0-x stars (0 not often)
expert-rate: all killed tanks minus all lost tanks (log 5). Range: 0-x stars (0 not so good)

Maybe the eMail went to a Spam-Folder? This can be if you make use of free eMail-Services such as Yahoo, homtail and so on. Check your Settings online at the Website from your eMail-Provider, where you use to login.

resposta 1: Se joga num jogo que permite-o construir centenas ou mesmo milhares de tanques e você matam cada tanque que vem seu meio, seu 1) killer-rate e 2)efficiency levantarão muito rapidamente. Mas jogando desta maneira é muito injusto a outro jogador. Então decidimos a temporário retira jogador que´assassino-índice de s e eficiência é demais unrealistic.
resposta 2: No classificar aliste-o ver uma coluna eficiência chamada. Baseia no relacionamento "quantos tanques mataram tempo necessário para matar tanques. Então se mata tanques demais num tempo muito curto, seu valor de eficiência cresce muito rapidamente. E que exposições, que você não fez jogo limpo. Um valor de eficiência de mais de 119% exposições que você não fez jogo limpo.

Anser to question 1: if you play in a game that allows you to build hundreds or even thousands of tanks and you kill every tank that comes your way, your 1)killer-rate and 2)your efficiency will raise up very quickly. But playing in this way is very unfair to other player. So we decided to temporary remove player who´s killer-rate and efficiency is too unrealistic.
Answer to question 2: on the ranking list you can see a column called efficiency. It bases on the relationship "how many tanks killed > required time for killing tanks". So if you kill too much tanks in a very short time, your efficiency value grows up very quickly. And that shows, that you did not play fair. An efficiency value of more than 119% shows that you did not play fair.

Antwort zu 1: Wenn jemand in games spielt, wo er hunderte oder tausende von Tanks bauen kann und jeden abknallt, der vorbei kommt, dann klettert seine a)killer-rate und b)seine Efficiency sehr schnell an. Aber so zu spielen ist sehr unfair gegenüber anderen Spielern. Also entschied ich mich, Spieler zeitweise zu sperren, deren killer-rate und Efficiency zu unrealistisch sind.
Antwort zu 2: Das Ranking führt unter anderem die Spalte "Efficiency". Jeder Spieler hat seinen eigenen, momentanen Efficiency-Wert (Efficiency = Effizienz; bedeutet Wirtschaftlichkeit. Der Wert zeigt also an, wie wirtschaftlich jemand spielt). Jeder Wert, der die Marke "119%" überschreitet (also z.b. "120%") wird vom Ranking verbannt. Er kommt erst wieder rein, wenn sein Wert wieder "119%" oder gar weniger ist. Bei der Killer-Rate ist das genauso. Wer eine Killler-rate von über 4:X hat, wird solange vom Ranking verbannt, bis der Wert wieder 4:X oder darunter ist

and what makes a good Server configuration?

First, let me tell you that it is quite not easy to measure the games, player and servers as well.
I started to calculate the "quality of game configuration" by a script to automatically detect misconfigurated server where e.g. a player has got 1000 units on a 2-outpost-map like Duell.
In the first step the script calculates "s", the possible size of units per outpost relating on all possible player. The next step is to check "s" by a table wether its value sounds good or not.

A "quality of game configuration"-value of 0 (zero) means, that it´s theoretical possible to create more than 275 units per outpost.
Now, what makes a good configuration? That´s hard to say. I think that´s even nearly impossible to say. But man can say what a bad or worth configuration provides - and that is what we did here.
